Ever After Prints provides custom metal photo prints and related products. All products are made to order using customer-submitted content. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian.

2. Custom Orders

All products sold by Ever After Prints are custom-made.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded images are accurate, properly cropped, and of sufficient quality.

• Ever After Prints is not responsible for issues resulting from low-resolution images, incorrect uploads, or customer-selected design choices.

• Final print colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen calibration and display settings.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

3. Photo Enhancement & Restoration

Photo enhancement or restoration services may be offered at an additional cost and must be requested prior to production. Results may vary depending on the quality and condition of the original image provided.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on www.eaprints.ca are in CAD, unless otherwise stated.

• Full payment is required at the time of checkout.

• Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Production & Shipping

• Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and customization.

• Shipping timelines are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Ever After Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Magnetic Mounting & Installation

Certain products include magnetic mounting systems.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation and suitable wall surfaces.

• Ever After Prints is not liable for damage caused by improper mounting, unsuitable surfaces, or misuse.

• Magnetic mounts are intended for indoor use unless otherwise specified.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• All sales are final.

• Refunds or replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective.

• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photo evidence.

We do not offer refunds for customer errors, including incorrect image uploads or design selections.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

By uploading images or designs to www.eaprints.ca, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have permission to use it. Ever After Prints is not responsible for copyright violations resulting from customer-submitted materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ever After Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
